2. Global Settings

Here we will setup all the Global Configurations for your brand.

General Settings

• Cuisines - All the Cuisines you plan on listing inside your app. This can be used by the end users to Filter Restaurants by their favourite cuisines.

• Outlet Filter - You can filtration Tags like (Food, Grocery, Flowers, Gadgets, etc) in this to let customers filter by the type of products they are looking to order from.

• Areas Served - List out all the Suburbs or Cities, based on how big or small your operation is. Example, If you are operating Nationwide, you can give (San Francisco, New York, Miami, etc). If you are operating in a small area inside of San Francisco, you can give (Mountain View, Los Altos Hills, Piedmont, etc). This Will be used for customers to filter out stores during their Take Away Orders.

• UOM List - If you prefer displaying various Units of Measurements next to your products like (Per Bottle, Per Plate, Per Portion)

• Delivery Radius - To be entered in Kilometres. This is the maximum radius the app will search for restaurants from the customer's provided location.

• Driver Radius - To be entered in Kilometres. This is the maximum radius the Partner app will look for drivers when searching for drivers to be assigned for an order.

• Enable Pre Ordering - On Enabling, you will be asked for number of Pre-Order Days. This lets you enabled pre-ordering feature as a whole in the app and you can control which restaurants to allow pre-ordering and how many days of pre-order on a store level inside of the Outlet Settings.

• Currency - Choose the Currency, Decimal Separator & Symbol Placement for your Currency.

Time Interval

Time Interval displays the slot interval through out the app. If you set Interval as 60min, customers can order only for 5pm, 6pm, 7pm when choosing pre-order. If you set it to 15mins, it will show 5.15pm, 5.30pm, 5.45pm, etc.

• Sequence Order - Provide a 3 character Prefix to be added before your invoice numbers.

Item Icons

Item Icons

• Add global master list of icons that you would like to use inside the menu item of different stores. Examples : Halal, Vegan, Gluten Free, GMO, Kosher, Spicy, Chef's Recommendation, etc.

• Provide a title which will be easily identifiable and URL pointing directly to the PNG / ICO file of the icon. Example : https://image.flaticon.com/icons/png/512/84/84666.png

Order Cancellation

Reasons

• Provide a global list of Order cancellation reasons which can be used by the store partners incase of cancelling an order.

• Choose Primary Language as RTL, if your main language is Hebrew, Arabic, etc, where the text is aligned from right to left.

• Choose 24hrs Format, if your country's standard time display is 24hrs format

• Choose Make Customer Address Field Mandatory, if Google Maps is not very perfect in getting the exact house numbers and street names. This way customers will be asked to enter their Door number as a mandatory field.

• Hide Outlet Titles, if you are planning to have all the store images as logo of the brands itself, so you don't need to type them out again.

Commission & Driver Fee Calculation

Commission

This is a front end calculation and format to calculate the commission to pay a driver based on the numbers provided here. If you change these numbers in the middle of a month, it will reflect for all orders in the past and future also. This does not reflect to drivers in any report. It is only for your internal calculation.

Driver Earnings (👑 Part of Wallet & Earnings Add-on)

Driver earnings

If you have purchased Wallet Earnings Add-on, you will see this section, this is a forced calculation that happens in realtime at the end of each order transaction. Based on the numbers you set here, the settlement will be made to driver's wallet at the end of each order's completion. Drivers can be paid out automatically if using Stripe Connect Add-on on a settlement cycle of every 7days.
