4. Notifications

Under all notifications, you will have options to configure the text that goes out for each trigger and the text can vary based on the medium in which it is sent.

For Aggregators

Notification Triggers for Aggregators
  • On New Order : This will be sent when a new order comes in.

  • On New Table Reservation : This will be sent when a customer reserves a table.

  • If Feedback Received : This will be sent if a customer fill out feedback once the order is delivered.

For Outlets

Notification Triggers for Outlet Owners
  • On New Order : This will be sent when a new order comes in.

  • On New Table Reservation : This will be sent when a customer reserves a table.

  • If Feedback Received : This will be sent if a customer fill out feedback once the order is delivered.

  • When Driver Arrives at store : This will be sent when the driver is within 50 mts range of the store to pickup the order.

For Drivers

Notification Triggers for Drivers
  • When order is assigned : This will be sent when a driver is assigned to a specific order for delivery.

For Customers

Notification Triggers for Customers
  • When Order is Accepted : When an order placed has been accepted by the store.

  • When Order is Rejected : When an order placed has been rejected by the store.

  • When Order is Out for Delivery : When the order is out for delivery by the driver.

  • When Order is Ready for Pickup : When a pickup order is ready for pickup at the store.

  • When Order is Delivered, Request Feedback : Once the order is delivered, customer is requested to provide feedback

  • When Table Reservation is Accepted : When a table reservation made is Accepted by the store.

  • When Table Reservation is Rejected : When a table reservation made is Rejected by the store.

  • When Driver arrived at Customer Place : When the driver is within 50mts radius of the customer's location during a delivery drop off.
